Regulations on Rendering Electronic Services by FORTUNA Legal Counsel Office Andrzej Fortuna
1. General Rules and Provisions
The below stated rules and regulations of rendering legal services via the Internet, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, define the regulations concerning rendering legal services via email for all entities with the use of the internet by FORTUNA Legal Counsel Office Andrzej Fortuna.
The terms, provisions and regulations stated in the following document are Regulations on Service Availability within the meaning of the provisions of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No 144, item.1204 as amended).
The conclusion of the agreement shall take place on the moment of payment made in the name of the Legal Counsel Office after submitting an inquiry via the available application form, accepting the content of the regulations as well as receiving return information from the Legal Office regarding valuation and suggested date of rendering the service. The abovementioned condition the conclusion of the contract, and their fulfillment is binding in each case.
Legal services are rendered on terms defined in the Regulations in any branch of the law.
The Office shall not be held accountable for any consequences resulting from submitting the information connected with rendering services to third parties by the Client.
The office shall not render services should it violate the law or be contrary to the rules of ethic of a Legal Counsel. Should such a situation take place, the Client shall be informed immediately.
2. Rendering Legal Services
After filling in the contact form provided on our website at www.fortuna-krp.pl, the Office conducts an analysis of the legal issue presented, as well as the evaluation of the service and a stated prognosis concerning the date of rendering the service(should the period of the realization be longer that standard period of 48 hours) and sends the abovementioned to the Client in the form of a return email.
Should the amount and the period of the realization be accepted by the Client, the Client shall make a payment onto the bank account number of the Office. 28 1050 1764 1000 0022 8088 3741
Should further necessary information be required, the Office shall contact the Client via telephone or email requesting the information necessary, which may result in lengthening the date of realization of rendering the service.
In such case the Office shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the delay of rendering the service. The abovementioned term dates from the moment of receiving all necessary information.
The Office shall not be held accountable for any consequences resulting from submitting incomplete information, as well as for the delay while submitting the abovementioned information.
In the case of any content – related reservations concerning the legal advice, or the term of rendering the service, the Client is entitled to ledge a complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the legal advice.
Complaints shall be processed within 7 days from the date of lodging the complaint. The acknowledgement of the complaint or lack thereof shall be sent to the e mail address provided by the Client.
3. Final Provisions
The Legal Office renders services in accordance with the provisions of Legal Advisers Code of Professional Conduct (available at http://kirp.pl/Akty-Prawne/Kodeks-Etyki-Radcy-Prawnego).
The Legal office is a personal data administrator within the meaning of the provisions of the Personal Data Provisions Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No 101, item.926 as amended).
By accepting the provisions of the Regulations, the Client consents to having his personal data processed for the purpose of rendering legal services and issuing accounting vouchers.
The Client hereby declares that is fully aware of the legal remedies available, stemming from the Personal Data Protection Act, particularly the right to deny access to personal data, their change and removing them.
The Legal Office obliges to maintain the secrecy of personal data and not providing access to the abovementioned data to third parties.
The data submitted (including the email address) shall be used solely for the purpose of rendering the legal service.
The Legal Office obliges to maintain secrecy concerning each and every information possessed during the conduct of providing legal services.
The Legal Office emphasizes that rendering any services via email entails a certain risk connected with rendering services via email. The Client hereby declares that he or she has been informed as to the possible risks of rendering services via an email.
Any disputes arising in connection with the above stated regulations or any contract, the subject – matter of which is rendering legal services via email, shall be referred for settlement to the relevant court of ordinary jurisdiction.
The above stated regulations shall become in effect as of the date of it’s publication.
